Moyosore Martins is a New York-based Nigerian mixed-media contemporary artist, born to a Brazilian descendant father and a mother from Ekiti state, Nigeria. Raised in Lagos, Martins draws inspiration from his diverse cultural heritage, blending his family's tribal roots with influences gathered during his extensive travels and upbringing. His artwork intricately weaves together the streetscapes of London and New York, as well as the cultural tapestries he encountered during his college years in Ghana and Ivory Coast, showcasing a rich exploration of his Yoruba heritage and global experiences.
