Join us for the opening reception of 杨黎明：渡/Yang Liming: Crossing, a solo exhibition presenting the artist’s contemplative abstract works.
Born in Sichuan in 1975 and currently based in Beijing, Yang Liming has developed a distinctive visual language that draws from the rhythm of traditional Chinese painting and calligraphy. Through the layered use of brushwork, oil paint, color, and movement, his work explores meditation, perception, inner energy, and the spiritual resonance of abstraction.
Crossing invites viewers to move between color and silence, material and consciousness, gesture and stillness. The exhibition highlights Yang’s ongoing exploration of rhythm, space, and the meditative qualities of painting.
